Art Deco Inspired Wedding Band

Art Deco Inspired Wedding Band

A bespoke design for Ben//

Ben came to me wanting a wedding band that was uniquely his. He and his partner really love different historical art movements, with Art Deco being their favorite. Threaded throughout their wedding were little touches of Art Deco design elements, and incorporating Art Deco into his wedding band was a great way to encapsulate their favorite art style and the wedding as a whole.

Ben and I collaborated to choose a Deco pattern that would not only reflect his taste but also could be conveyed with enough detail to splay along the wedding band. We decided on a pattern that flows seamlessly around the entire band, with no distinct beginning or end. The band itself has a slight dome shape, adding a subtle depth and elegance to the design, with milgrain edge detailing as well. Wedding bands represent a lifetime bond, embodying the idea that love is continuous, without interruptions or boundaries, so it was important that the pattern was also conveying the same.

I am thrilled that I could contribute a small part to Ben & Dylan's love story. Congratulations to Ben and Dylan! I wish you both a future filled with endless love, laughter, and joy. May your wedding bands be a constant reminder of the beautiful commitment you’ve made to each other. Cheers to a lifetime of happiness together!

...and if you are wondering, Ben LOVED his ring😍

"When I started thinking about what I wanted for my custom wedding band, I was overwhelmed at first, but remembered all the beautiful photos of Erica’s work I had seen.  It had to be her!  Erica held my hand - literally and figuratively - through the entire process.  She provided supportive and inspiring direction for my design choices and put her own creative spin and artistry into different iterations of the ring.  The final result is nothing short of spectacular.  I get compliments and “wows” all the time and it is all thanks to her.  Not only do I have my ring to signify my marriage.  I have a literal work of art that I wear on my finger every day.  Erica is one of a kind and your jewelry will be, too."
